Pioneer House
A unique, licensed adult foster care home for persons with developmental disabilities. Residents have private rooms at Pioneer House, yet a wonderful family atmosphere exists. Pioneer House encourages active involvement in the home and supports involvement of residents in the community.
Pioneer Arbour
This sixteen unit apartment building, subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, is designed to allow individuals who are low-income and disabled to live independently.
The Plant Building Apartments
This unique setting offers both subsidized housing and support services. These attractive apartments in downtown Muskegon, Michigan are affordable and tenants may receive support services to remain independent. The program is collaboration between Pioneer Resources, The Neighborhood Investment Corporation and Community Mental health Services of Muskegon County.
Specialized Group Homes
Pioneer Resources operates six group homes that serve
individuals who require intensive supports. These homes are operated under contract with Community Mental Health
Services of Muskegon County.
